So far we've seen Animal and Miss Piggy, but no Muppets range would complete without an appearance from Kermieee! Kermit The Frog shoes are pointed toe flats in froggy green metallic and black sequins.
There's a gold glitter strip up the centre back and a fine glitter Kermit face across the toe with embroidered details. I'm loving the striking colour combination and mix of textures here. Kermit is so lifelike in his expression, I can almost hear him!
As always the soles and inners are just as wonderful as the uppers. There's such a fun, colourful feel to the all-over Muppets print used and I'm loving the metallic, cat half-insole this season, so it's wonderful to see a similar style used on the Muppets range.
I think we were all thrilled that purses were included in the Mickey & Friends range earlier this year (see my Chip n Dale one here), so I'm sure you'll be pleased to see the Love Is Green purse. It's the traditional metal framed coin purse Irregular Choice do so well and the front features beautiful green sequins to rival Who In The World Am I? ankle boots from Alice. There's a Kermit face applique in glitter to match the shoes on the front.
Turn it over to the back and it's like a completely different purse ('two for the price of one' folks)! There's an applique bubble with "Pig-gy" embroidered and trimmed with glitter over an all-over character print. The purse features gold metallic piping and is lined in the same character print.
As we've seen over the past couple of weeks, there appears to be a great variety and plenty of familiar characters making an appearance in this range. I'm the usual nervous wreck for Friday, especially after the temperamental queue situation last time.
